Xiaomi launched Redmi 9 Power in December with a price of Rs 10,999. Chinese smartphone makers are gearing up to launch the 6GB RAM model of the phone on February 22nd. In the same report quoting Ishan Aggarwal, it has also been revealed that the smartphone will be available in India for a price of 12,999. The base model of Redmi 9 Power with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage comes at a price of Rs 10,999 while the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model comes at a price of Rs 11,999. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version is to be the top-end model of the Redmi phone. It comes in Mighty Black, Ferry Red, Electric Green, Blazing Blue colours.

As for specifications, the Redmi 9 Power 6GB RAM variant has a 6.53-inch FHD + display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC which is also paired with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

In terms of cameras, Redmi 9 Power offers a triple rear camera system that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front side, the phone includes an 8-megapixel camera for a selfie.
